The candidate will track progress, organize CI training, and support crisis management, driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration & Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in supply chain, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in operational governance or improvement programs.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean / Kaizen).
• Project governance and tracking.
• Change management and communication.
• Training and facilitation skills.
