Parlo Tours in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior airline/travel ticketing professional with 5–10 years of experience to handle flights, hotel bookings, and complex itineraries. You will manage ticketing, invoicing, refunds, and group bookings while liaising with airlines and partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Candidates should excel in problem-solving, communication, and working under pressure, with the ability to train junior staff and support after-hours needs.

A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in airline or travel agency ticketing.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems, such as Amadeus. Good understanding of fare rules, ticketing, invoicing, refunds, and exchange processes

Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
Process Exchange Orders and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
Process EOC refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage complex itineraries such as multi-city trips, group bookings, and special requests.
Handle hotel booking requests, car rentals, and airport transfer arrangements.
Prepare and issue daily invoices for all transactions.
Ensure all ticketing and booking processes comply with airline rules and fare conditions.
Resolve ticketing issues, discrepancies, and customer enquiries efficiently.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for support and updates.
Monitor booking accuracy and minimise errors or financial loss.
Support and guide junior ticketing staff when needed.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and system enhancements.
Prepare and maintain ticketing and sales reports.
Provide after-office-hours support on a rotational basis (monthly), including weekends and public holidays, if required. This will apply upon confirmation after probation.
