Job summary

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Tenancy Administration in Malaysia. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Law, or a related field, and 3–4 years of tenancy, leasing, or contract administration experience.

You will handle tenancy documentation, coordinate with tenants and solicitors, and ensure timely tenancy processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong attention to detail and time management, and possess excellent

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy documentation including Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate with tenants, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tenancy processes.
• Monitor payments and pre-commencement requirements.
• Maintain accurate tenancy records, trackers, and digital documentation.
• Prepare tenancy-related reports and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Track tenancy renewals, expiries, and terminations to ensure timely follow-up.
• Support data management and update tenancy information in relevant systems and databases.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Law, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in tenancy, leasing, or contract administration.
• Good understanding of tenancy documentation and leasing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with tenants, solicitors, and internal stakeholders is an added advantage.
• Background in Property Development, Real Estate/Property Management, or Retail Leasing is preferred.
