Job summary

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a market research professional to conduct industrial property market research and feasibility studies, covering land pricing, rental rates, industrial park supply and market trends. You will perform competitor benchmarking on pricing, infrastructure and competing parks, analyse investor trends and MIDA data, and monitor land transactions to support strategic decisions.

Prepare market intelligence reports with recommendations on pricing, development phasing, plot

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Economics, Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in industrial property, market research, market intelligence, property consultancy, investment analysis or property development.
• Good understanding of industrial property markets, pricing, feasibility studies and competitor analysis.
• Strong analytical, research and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
