We are looking for driven and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team on a 2-year contract basis with a rewarding commission structure. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about property sales and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead follow-up, customer presentations, and achieving sales targets

Booking submission, purchaser verification, system entry (MHub/IFCA), and e-SPA coordination via HIMS

Liaise with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transaction and loan process

Manage purchaser files, SPA signing, and payment follow-ups

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (property sales preferred)
