Job summary
Gas Malaysia Energy and Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive for Strategic Planning & Pricing to build and manage pricing strategies for LNG and gas products. You will conduct market research, analyze trends, and present strategies to management.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and enhance relationships with stakeholders such as EPU/ST/MPRC/MGA and LNG/NG groups.
- Conduct market research; identify trends and apply insights to development strategies.
- Prepare reports on strategic ideas for management and present findings to leadership.
- Ensure company strategies align with governance and Group policy levels.
- Forecast LNG pricing to optimize buying and selling of molecules.
- Update selling and buying price formulas with data-driven insights.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to inform pricing strategies and market trends.
- Analyze competitor pricing to improve market share and profitability.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

- Create, maintain, and enhance relationship with stakeholder such as EPU/ST/MPRC/MGA and LNG/NG fraternity (MGA, MPRC/Asia Hu/IGU etc)
- Conducting market research, identifies and reviews market trends; analyze and applies this information in development strategies.
- Preparing reports on strategy ideas for management.
- Presenting research findings to management.
- Identifies and reviews market trends; analyze and applies this information in development of strategies.
- Takes responsibility for ensuring that company’s strategy/strategies follow the governance and Group policy level.
- Evaluate organizational achievement against identified strategic outcomes and goals, as required.
- Forecasting the pricing for LNG to optimize buying and selling of molecule.
- Maintaining and updating selling price formula and buying formula
- Getting data from variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profit.
- Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.
