B. Braun Medical Industries Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Senior Executive - Regional Process Coordinator to harmonize and enhance regional business processes. The role interfaces with Global Process Coordination, Controlling, IT, and other departments to drive international finance projects.
The position involves analysis and optimization of processes, design support for new processes in CO/FI, and development of the SAP landscape. Training and knowledge transfer are included.
This role is responsible for the harmonization and the enhancement of business processes in the respective area.
In this role the team builds the interface between the Global Process Coordination, different Controlling functions, the IT-department as well as other business departments.
Key projects of the finance area with an international focus constitute a major part of the team’s range of assignments.
Analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as an adaption to change-Design support of new processes in the respective area (reconciliation, documentation, testing, training)
Support further development of the CO/FI-IT-system landscape-Consulting of the regional companies with regards to the global Finance or Controlling processes in SAP
Interacting with MM / SD / PP-Team member for regional FI/CO projects-Specialization is possible in either Finance or Controlling (production focus or sales focus)
Other tasks comprise consulting group companies, ensuring the global knowledge transfer and performing training for controlling-related business processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent professional qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in process optimization and Controlling-related business processes.
Strong SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA Controlling expertise, including cost center accounting, internal orders, WBS element settlement, period-end closing, and product costing.
Understaning of cost allocation and settlement processes, including Internal Activity Allocation (IAA), distribution, assessment, manual reposting, and the application of original and secondary cost elements.
Knowledge of cross-functional SAP processes and data flows, particularly SD postings into ACDOCA, with exposure to FI, PS, MM, or PP modules, and the ability to analyze and resolve process inconsistencies and dependencies
