Job summary

BMI in Malaysia seeks a Finance/Accounts professional to support digitalization, billing, collections, and inventory system initiatives within the Service Provider Business. You will assist the Renal Care Centre with system troubleshooting and monitor payments from sponsors and patients in line with SOP.

The role requires a degree, at least 2 years in related work, strong Excel skills, and excellent English and Malay communication. Attention to detail and organisational ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field, preferably in Business.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience; healthcare industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong command of English and Malay languages.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitalization projects for Service Provider Business.
• Involve in Billing, Collection & Inventory management system development.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues for Renal Care Centre.
• Monitor sponsors and patients’ payments and take timely actions per SOP.
• Manage outstanding balances and pursue bad debts professionally.
• Identify potential bad debts and report to management for review.
• Support day-to-day administrative matters.

Job description

Responsible for Digitalization project and initiatives for Service Provider Business.

Involve in Billing, Collection & Inventory management system development and continuous improvement of the system.

Assist Renal Care Centre on troubleshooting and system related issues.

To regularly monitor sponsors and patients’ payment and implement expedient action according to Company’s SOP.

To ensure all outstanding balances or potential bad debts are actively and expediently managed and pursued in professional and diligent manner.

To identify potential bad and doubtful debts and report to the Management for customers’ credit review as well propose the necessary action plans.

Support day today administrative matters.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time on ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements

• At least a degree holder in any field, preferably in Business courses.


• Minimum 2 years of related experience, experience in medical / healthcare services industry is an added advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.


• Good command of English & Malay languages.


• Being meticulous and attention to details.


• Organized and systematic, particularly in documentation and filing.


• Being analytical and with strong follow up skills.


• Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with different levels of clients and stakeholders
