in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to oversee engineering initiatives from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Technical, Drafting, Manufacturing and other functions to secure resources and drive success. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 1 year in Project Management, validation/qualification, and
Manage and coordinate all aspects of engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
For senior-level roles, lead large-scale, complex, or strategically significant engineering projects, ensuring effective execution and successful outcomes.
Develop, communicate, and implement project execution plans; monitor project progress against milestones and performance targets, and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays.
Prepare project estimates for costs, resources, and timelines; allocate resources and assign responsibilities to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Technical, Drafting, Manufacturing, and other operational functions, to secure necessary expertise and support.
Coordinate and manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into project activities and delivery of agreed service standards.
Lead project review meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders; establish priorities, allocate work, and coordinate project team activities to meet key milestones and deliverables.
Coach, mentor, and support project team members, providing guidance and facilitating effective problem-solving and professional development.

Bachelor's degree in any relevant Engineering field.
Must have at least 1year of experience in Project Management, Machine and Process Validation/ Qualification, as well as Engineering Change/Change Control process.
Must be having experience inmanufacturingfield (not construction field).
Must be able to lead a team.
Experience in mechanical and automation engineering is preferred.
