Job summary

SPT Services Sdn. Bhd. – Kota Tinggi, Johor is seeking a dedicated HSE professional to maintain high safety standards and efficient administrative operations within its demarcated areas.

Key duties include implementing SOPs, conducting site walkabouts, and assisting the QHSSE Head with daily safety, health and environment matters to meet KPI targets and regulatory requirements. The role also covers waste management, campaigns, and ISO 14001/45001 activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient administration and operations Health Safety & Environment (HSE) in maintaining high safety standard & practice within SPTs demarcated operating areas.
• Ensure practical and adequate SOPs are available, in place and properly carried out to administer workplace safety operation.
• Assist QHSSE Head on day-to-day safety, health and environment matters to achieve set KPIs and objectives in line with company policy and guidelines; cover HSE Shift Supervisor on standby if necessary.
• Conduct and plan regular site walkabouts to monitor safety performance and address gaps.
• Plan and execute HSE campaigns & programs to promote safety awareness and strengthen a positive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance to Health, Safety Environment legislation including relevant reports/meetings and registration to DOSH through regular IMS audits and programs.
• Managing Scheduled Waste as per legal requirement (DOE) including E-Swiss quarterly meetings and audits.
• Managing Industrial Health Hygiene program that includes monitoring, training and relevant campaigns.
• Assist QHSSE Head in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification activities.
• Timely HSE statistics and analysis preparation by the team.
• Timely KPI monitoring and updates for the company.
• Managing relevant legal and other requirements of the Department/Section.
• Any other tasks as requested by Head of QHSSE or its representative.
