Job summary

Restoran Oversea (Imbi) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) professional to implement and maintain the company’s SHE policies, conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and monitor corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will investigate incidents and near misses, perform root cause analyses, manage environmental compliance and waste, organize SHE training and drills, coordinate committees and audits, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Experience in SHE roles.
• Knowledge of Malaysian safety, health, environmental and fire safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Company's SHE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian occupational safety, health, environmental, and fire safety regulations, including statutory documentation and reporting.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor environmental compliance including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
• Organize SHE training, safety awareness programmes, emergency drills, and promote a positive safety culture.
• Coordinate Safety & Health Committee activities, audits, and support regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to ensure GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety from a SHE perspective.
• Maintain SHE documentation, KPI dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate Safety & Health Committee activities, internal/external audits, and support regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements from a SHE perspective.
• Maintain SHE documentation, performance reports, KPI dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide SHE support for new projects, business continuity planning, and other assignments as required by Management.
