Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Planning Manager to coordinate development planning from concept through approvals and delivery on high-rise projects. Lead planning activities for multiple schemes and ensure milestones are met.

You will collaborate with consultants, internal teams and authorities, review plans, manage submissions, assess feasibility and costs, and drive projects to align with approved plans and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development planning or similar.
• Good understanding of the property development process, including design coordination and authority submissions.
• Ability to manage several projects and changing priorities.
