Job summary

Sunway Property seeks a proactive Marketing Executive to coordinate campaigns, develop marketing collateral and manage external agency relations in Malaysia. You will support APDL applications and perform market research to grow brand presence in the property sector.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 1–2 years of marketing experience in real estate, and strong communication skills. A positive, independent mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related marketing experience in property industry.
• Knowledge of QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and able to thrive independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute planned marketing and sales activities/campaigns to create market awareness.
• Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals (digital/physical) such as brochures, banners, videos, campaigns, etc.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and other external parties/vendors for marketing/advertising related matters and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Assist in APDL application/renewal.
• Conduct market research.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Real Estate Management or equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience can be considered.
• 1 - 2 years of related working experience in marketing in property industry are added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on building/property specifications, knowledge on property valuation would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and able to thrive independently.
• Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices are added advantage.
