Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Market & Feasibility Analyst to support growth across its Wellness & Ambulatory Care Centre portfolio in Malaysia. The role provides data, analysis and documentation to inform network-growth decisions and track milestones.

You will gather market information, perform demographic and demand analyses, and assist in financial modelling and management presentations. Strong analytics, Excel and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Support market assessment, feasibility analysis, business-case preparation and portfolio tracking for Group Wellness & Ambulatory Care Centre growth opportunities. The role provides the data, analysis and documentation required to support informed network-growth decisions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Gather and analyse information on proposed markets and locations. Perform catchment, demographic, demand and competitor research using available and approved information sources. Maintain market and competitor information relevant to Group Wellness & Ambulatory Care Centre growth planning. Support preparation of location and opportunity screening assessments. Assist in developing service-demand and volume assumptions for feasibility studies. Support preparation and updating of financial models in coordination with the Deputy Manager and Finance. Compile inputs from Clinical, Operations, Finance and other relevant functions for feasibility assessments. Support preparation of management papers, feasibility reports and presentation materials. Maintain the growth opportunity pipeline, key milestones, approvals and decision status. Maintain supporting information and documentation for stage-gate reviews. Track actual performance information required for post-opening review against approved assumptions. Highlight gaps, inconsistencies or missing information to the Deputy Manager. Maintain orderly records of market assessments, feasibility studies and approved business cases. Provide analytical and administrative support for network planning and portfolio review meetings.

JOD REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Specific qualification requirements to follow KPJ HR policy. Relevant exposure to research, analysis, business planning, finance, healthcare, strategy or similar work. Able to work with quantitative and qualitative information.
