KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a position focused on market assessment, feasibility analysis, and portfolio planning for Group Wellness & Ambulatory Care Centre growth. The role provides data, analysis and documentation to support informed network-growth decisions.

The candidate will gather market data, perform catchment and competitor research, and assist in developing financial models and management papers for feasibility studies and pipeline tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Exposure to research, analysis, business planning, finance or healthcare.
• Able to work with quantitative and qualitative information.
• Familiarity with basic business and financial concepts.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyse information on proposed markets and locations.
• Perform catchment, demographic, demand and competitor research.
• Maintain market and competitor information for growth planning.
• Support preparation of location and opportunity screening assessments.
• Assist in developing service-demand and volume assumptions.
• Support preparation and updating of financial models with Finance.
• Compile inputs from Clinical, Operations, Finance for feasibility assessments.
• Maintain records for market assessments and business cases.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for planning meetings.
