Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a claims handler to assist the Senior Manager with handling, assessing, and processing claims in line with company policies and procedures. You will provide prompt, accurate, and customer-focused service to ensure satisfaction and uphold service excellence.

You will monitor outstanding claims, track progress, and review cases regularly to expedite investigations and achieve timely settlements, contributing to the overall efficiency of the claims
