The Governance & Strategic Partnership department is the custodian of administrative integrity, data security, and strategic collaboration. It is responsible for establishing and enforcing robust governance frameworks for documentation and system administration, while safeguarding the organization’s data and digital assets. This department serves as the central coordinator and strategic interface for all internal and external partners, including service providers and financial institutions, to drive operational excellence and support the business growth of all company units.
Responsible for the lifecycle management, integrity, and continuous improvement of all official documentation and administrative processes.
Guarantee that all department and company-level documents are properly formalized, systematically organized, and securely archived for accessibility and compliance.
Proactively engage with stakeholders and report to superiors to identify friction points. Lead discussions to propose, gain approval for, and implement refined, more efficient administrative flows.
Achieve expert-level proficiency in current monitoring and administrative tools, utilizing them to track performance and identify bottlenecks.
Define, monitor, and report on key compliance metrics. Assume full accountability for ensuring that all process adherence rates meet or exceed the established benchmark percentage.
Responsible for the implementation, management, and vigilant monitoring of all user-facing and foundational security controls, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Ensure the physical and digital security of all company software, hardware, and portable items, maintaining a secure and controlled environment.
Rigorously monitor the employee on-boarding and offboarding processes, ensuring 100% timely grant and removal of all system access rights.
Govern all user accounts, roles, and permissions within organizational systems, strictly enforcing the principle of least privilege.
Update and maintain critical master data within the HP and Credit Term systems.
Administer and manage the NAS Synology drive, including access structures and capacity.
Oversee the User Configuration Data (UCD) server, ensuring its stability and security.
Oversee and verify the consistent performance of data backup operations to guarantee integrity and rapid recoverability. Actively monitor and implement controls to prevent all forms of data leakage.
Develop, maintain, and annually basis test a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for all governed systems to ensure organizational resilience.
Responsible for acting as the organizational bridge to external partners, managing the commercial and administrative lifecycle of critical third-party relationships.
Proactively manage the renewal calendar for all external party software licenses, maintenance agreements, and service subscriptions to prevent operational lapses.
