Job summary

Carro, Southeast Asia's largest online automotive marketplace, is hiring a Business Executive/Senior Executive to drive Hire Purchase and auto financing deals in Penang. You will secure new quality loans, manage dealer relationships, and prepare sales reports while ensuring compliance with credit guidelines.

This role requires a diploma or degree, 1–2 years HP experience (fresh grads welcome), own transport, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure income documents meet credit guidelines for loan applications.
• Update dealers daily on HP loan status and floor stock.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

All Sales & Marketing Functions related to Hire Purchase (HP) Sales, Floor Stock, Block Discounting, and any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

About your role

Meet sales target by securing new quality loans (HP/Floor Stock)

Service and maintain good business relationships with car dealers and customers to create business leads and opportunities

Prepare sales reports as and when required

Ensure income documents received for the loan application are in accordance with the credit guideline requirements of the company

Update dealers daily on HP loan status, both on HP and Floor stock

Other ad hoc tasks are assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

SPM/Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline

Preferably one to two years of experience in HP. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate must possess their own transport

Possess initiative, mature and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results

Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.
