Carro, Southeast Asia's largest online used car marketplace, invites applications for a Business Executive/Senior Executive in Hire Purchase and auto financing in Malaysia. You will drive HP sales, manage dealer and customer relationships, and prepare reports to support lending decisions.

We value initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates welcome; transport required, and bilingual English/Malay/Mandarin capabilities are preferred.

Formación

• SPM/Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 1–2 years HP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales target by securing new quality loans (HP/Floor Stock).
• Service and maintain good business relationships with car dealers and customers to create business leads.
• Prepare sales reports as and when required.
• Ensure income documents received for the loan application are in accordance with credit guidelines.
• Update dealers daily on HP loan status, both on HP and Floor stock.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

All Sales & Marketing Functions related to Hire Purchase (HP) Sales, Floor Stock, Block Discounting, and any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

About your role

Meet sales target by securing new quality loans (HP/Floor Stock)

Service and maintain good business relationships with car dealers and customers to create business leads and opportunities

Prepare sales reports as and when required

Ensure income documents received for the loan application are in accordance with the credit guideline requirements of the company

Update dealers daily on HP loan status, both on HP and Floor stock

Other ad hoc tasks are assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

SPM/Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline

Preferably one to two years of experience in HP. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate must possess their own transport

Possess initiative, mature and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results

Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.
