Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Senior Executive/Executive - Administration in Cyberjaya. The role focuses on managing fixed assets, inventories, and procurement processes to support the Critical Operations Shared Service Centre.

You will coordinate purchasing, maintain asset records, verify inventories, and assist budget planning and cost control while ensuring compliance with internal controls and documentation for audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative activities related to fixed assets, consumables, inventory, and operational materials.
• Coordinate purchasing activities including requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain asset registers and inventory records with accurate coding and supporting documents.
• Coordinate asset and inventory verification, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper tracking and control.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory movements, inbound/outbound records, stock movement, and storage accuracy.
• Support annual budget planning, forecasting, allocation, expenditure tracking, and variance monitoring for assets and inventory.
• Monitor procurement and operating expenses against budgets and assist cost-control initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses related to assets, inventory, purchasing, and budget utilization for management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls, and assist audits and administrative requirements.

Senior Executive/Executive - Administration

1.Manage administrative activities related to fixed assets, consumables, inventory, and operational materials for the Critical Operations Shared Service Centre.

2. Coordinate purchasing activities, including purchase requisitions, quotation collection, purchase orders, vendor coordination, delivery follow-up, and related documentation.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, inventory records, coding systems, and supporting documents.

4. Coordinate periodic asset and inventory verification, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper tracking and control of assets and stock.

5. Coordinate warehouse and inventory activities, including inbound/outbound records, stock movement, storage, and inventory accuracy.

6. Support annual budget planning and management, including budget forecasting, allocation, expenditure tracking, and variance monitoring for assets, inventory, purchasing, and operational requirements.

7. Monitor procurement and operational expenses against approved budgets and support cost control initiatives.

8. Prepare regular reports, documentation, and analysis related to assets, inventory, purchasing, and budget utilization for management review.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls, and provide support for audits and other administrative requirements.
