Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an organized administrative support assistant to support daily operations within the Operations Department. You will assist with asset tracking, inventory records, asset documentation, tagging, and data maintenance, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare reports.

This role provides exposure to a global investment-backed data infrastructure business focused on hyperscale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative tasks for the Operations Department.
• Assist with asset tracking, inventory records, and asset documentation.
• Update and maintain asset databases and records.
• Assist with asset tagging, checking, and inventory verification.
• Prepare reports, documents, and other administrative materials.
• Support document filing and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with internal teams on asset and administrative matters.
• Perform other tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations team.
