Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of the project operation strategy, ensuring alignment with plans and timely completion.

You will coordinate design, construction, supervision and related units, monitor progress, manage risks, costs and schedules, and ensure resource optimization while meeting quality standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in real estate management or engineering management.
• At least 10 years of experience in real estate project operation and management.
• Familiar with real estate project development process and related policies and regulations.
• Good organization and coordination ability and team spirit.
• Strong ability in risk, cost and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Real Estate Project Operation Strategy and plan to ensure project progress aligns with the plan.
• Coordinate all functional departments and related units (design, construction, supervision, etc.) to ensure project completion per plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues early and adjust as needed to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement resource management plan to ensure efficient use of project resources.
• Develop and implement risk management plan to ensure safety and stability of the project.
• Develop and implement quality management plan to meet standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement cost management plans to keep project costs within budget.

• Responsible for coordinating all functional departments and related units, including design, construction, supervision, etc., to ensure that the project completed in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of the project, timely detection of problems and make adjustments to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
• Be responsible for the development and implementation of resource management plan to ensure the effective use of project resources.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing risk management plan to ensure the safety and stability of the project.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing quality management plan to ensure the quality of the project in line with relevant standards and customer requirements.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing cost management plans to ensure that project costs are within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, real estate management, engineering management and other related professional priorities.
• At least 10 years experience in real estate project operation and management, with
