Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Cash & FX Sales professional to drive deposit growth and FX penetration for the branch network. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to win new deposits, expand existing portfolios, and cross-sell cash management solutions.

The role emphasizes opportunities in business banking and requires a dealer mindset to balance growth with risk awareness. The ideal candidate is a Malaysian citizen with a bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance

Qualifications

Malaysian citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Banking/Economics or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in deposit products or cash management within banking/finance.

Responsibilities

Drive KRAs to grow deposits and FX with proven results.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers/Area Managers to grow deposits and non-borrowing portfolios.
Acquire new customers through branch visits, roadshows, or other sales activities.
Identify business opportunities and conduct cost-benefit analyses for management decisions.
Manage and develop existing customer relationships and increase share of wallet.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for cash management, corporate internet banking, and Global Markets.
