Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia seeks a proactive Cash & FX Sales professional to drive new deposit growth, deepen existing relationships, and cross-sell cash management and FX solutions within the Business & Corporate Banking division.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and area managers to identify opportunities, manage portfolios, and deliver results across branches by leveraging the bank’s transaction banking suite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Banking/Economics or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in deposit products or cash management with minimum 2 years in banking or financial institution related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposits and FX growth and ensure successful execution with proven results.
• Work with Relationship Managers/Area Managers and stakeholders to grow new and existing customers' deposits and non-borrowing portfolio.
• Bring in new customers to the branch via community visits, roadshows, or other branch-based sales activities.
• Identify business opportunities and risk with cost-benefit analysis for manager decision making.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships and increase share of wallet for their designated business centre.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for cash management, corporate internet banking and Global Markets.
