Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Senior Executive in Klang Valley to drive deposits and FX growth, manage existing relationships, and lead cross-selling of cash management solutions. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and stakeholders to expand the bank's deposit base and fee income.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration/Finance/Banking/Economics or equivalent, and at least 2 years in banking or financial services focusing on deposits or cash management.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be Malaysian citizen.
• Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Banking/Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in banking or financial services with exposure to deposit products or cash management.

Responsibilities

• Drive KRAs to grow deposits and FX with proven results.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and stakeholders to grow new/existing deposits and non-borrowing portfolio.
• Bring in new customers via branch activities, roadshows, or community outreach; identify cross-selling opportunities.
