Job summary

Carro is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Business (Dealer Financing) to manage dealer financing operations and support liquidity strategy. The role emphasizes renewal processes, dealer coordination, and cross-department collaboration to optimize financing terms in a dynamic automotive market.

The ideal candidate has at least 1.5 years in auto loan hire purchase or dealer financing, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of dealer financing.
• Oversee and manage the renewal of financing contracts yearly.
• Coordinate with dealers to gather documentation for renewals, new applications, and execution on new acceptance of financing.
• Coordinate with various departments to align financing operations with company goals.
• Develop relationships with dealers, stakeholders, and market penetration to optimize financing terms.
• Identify potential risks associated with nonperforming loans (NPL) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist team members on daily operation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends to inform financing strategies and management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Assist in risk management by assessing financing risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry standards and emerging financing practices.
