Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking an EXECUTIVE, AUTO FINANCE for Batu Pahat to grow relationships with car dealers and drive auto financing opportunities. The role involves collecting and verifying customer data, performing KYC, and submitting loan applications while delivering excellent after-sales support.

You will promote financing products, manage loan disbursement in line with policies, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holder with 1–2 years of sales experience in related field/industry.
• Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with local dialects a plus.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with car dealers (new and used) to generate business opportunities.
• Gather and verify complete customer information, conduct KYC checks, and submit loan applications efficiently.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to dealers and customers, ensuring a smooth financing process.
• Handle loan disbursement processes in compliance with company policies.
• Actively promote the companys auto financing products and services.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
