Job summary

Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced professional to provide operational and administrative support across CSR, communications, and ESG storytelling activities.

You will coordinate volunteer programmes, liaise with NGOs, manage event logistics, monitor media coverage, and draft content for internal and external channels. Additionally, you will support ESG newsletters and sustainability content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, journalism, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years in PR, corporate communications, branding, marketing, or advertising; media analysis a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and detail orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Independent with strong follow-through and sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet apps like Google Analytics/Search.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign is an added advantage.

Job description

Provide operational and administrative support across communications, CSR programmes and ESG storytelling activities.

Key Accountabilities

CSR Operations (60%)

Coordinate volunteer and community programmes.

Liaise with NGOs and community partners.

Manage event logistics and administration.

Track budgets and programme expenditures.

Collect impact data and programme outcomes.

Maintain CSR documentation and reporting.

Communications Support (30%)

Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.

Draft content for internal and external channels.

Maintain media databases and distribution lists.

Provide administrative support to communications activities.

ESG Communications Support (10%)

Gather sustainability success stories from business units.

Support photography and video content development.

Maintain sustainability intranet content.

Assist with ESG newsletters and campaign materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing, or Advertising. Experience in Media Analysis would be an added advantage.

Good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other local languages would be an added advantage.

Driven, resourceful, and able to work independently with strong follow-through.

Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications such as Google Analytics and Google Search.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, or other design software would be an added advantage.
