Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities at our stores across Peninsular Malaysia. You will manage building upkeep, equipment safety, preventive maintenance, and coordinate with partners to keep operations running smoothly.
The role requires leading a technicians team, managing safety initiatives, budgeting for CAPEX projects, and reporting KPI performance weekly and monthly, while driving energy-efficiency across stores.
1. Manage all maintenance & facilities related activities in stores.
2. Accountable for building maintenance, infrastructure & ensure all equipment are in a safe condition for store trading.
3. Coordinate with business partners to ensure all preventive maintenance is done effectively. Conduct safety briefing to all business partners
4. Liaise with local authority to renew all compliance certificate on time.
5. Manage a team of technicians to ensure no interruption to store operation.
6. Solve day to day opportunities & manage online maintenance portal effectively.
7. Manage reactive repair budget & elevate any risk to Area Facilities Manager.
8. Lead energy saving activities & implement best practices in stores.
9. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders in store.
10. Prepare weekly & monthly KPI performance report.
11. Manage all CAPEX projects assigned to store.
12. Responsible for all safety initiatives & ensure safe working environment for colleagues, customer, & tenants.
13. Coach, train & empower technicians to deliver the best.
14. Accountable for HVAC, refrigeration, lift & travellators, firefighting & building infrastructure related equipment.
15. Responsible to manage & execute any other projects assigned by superior.
