Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing to a wide range of customers (2+ years)
• Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter
• Good sales and customer relationship management

Responsibilities

• Solicit new to bank customer current account opening
• Drive for deposits on new to bank customers and identify business opportunities to meet targets
• Monitor and execute action plans to achieve deposits target and new to bank customer allocations
• Promote cash management solutions (Bizsmart)
• Build pipelines through calls/prospecting potential new to Bank clients to achieve closures
• Participate in sales campaigns and other promotional sales events
• Present Partner-in-Sales / Cash management solutions based on client needs
• Prepare proposals and tailor cash management solutions
• Prepare Account Opening Form and set appointments for Straight Through Processing of Account Opening
• Ensure high standard of customer service aligned with Bank policies and standards
• Support business partners for joint marketing calls and referrals
• Ensure complete documentation for account opening and solution implementation
