• Experience in sales and marketing to a wide range of customers with at least 2-year experience.
• Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Good sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong analytical skill in financial accounting and cash flow analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service culture.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new to bank customer current account opening.
• Actively drive for deposits on new to bank customers and identify business opportunities.
• Monitor and execute action plans to achieve deposits targets and new-to-bank customers.
• Promote cash management solutions (Bizsmart).
• Build pipelines through calls and prospecting potential new bank clients to close deals.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional events.
• Present partner-in-sales / cash management solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals and tailor cash management solutions to client needs.
• Prepare Account Opening Forms and set appointments for Straight Through Processing.
• Ensure high standard of customer service in line with bank quality standards.
• Support business partners for joint marketing calls.
• Collaborate with partners for client referrals to deepen relationships and share of wallet.
• Ensure completeness of documents for account opening and compliance with bank policies.
• Obtain market intelligence and update competitor offering database.
• Collate feedback on product requirements to Product & Distribution team.
