Job summary

ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive to analyse, implement and improve technology-enabled business solutions for MediAsas. You will coordinate requirements, project activities, UAT, documentation and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, conducting analysis, coordinating schedules, testing, and supporting deployment while training users and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• At least four years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital solutions, information systems, project delivery or technology-enabled operations.
• Hands‑on experience documenting requirements, coordinating system implementations and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with project management, Agile delivery, process mapping, data analysis and systems integration concepts.

What we're looking for

Experience in healthcare, insurance, takaful, financial services or another regulated sector is an advantage.
