Job summary

ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Executive to provide operational and project support for technology-enabled solutions. You will coordinate projects, document processes, support system testing and help users adopt new digital tools.

The role involves working with PHCorp's Digital Technologies team and vendors, with emphasis on information security and data privacy. A relevant IT degree and 3+ years in tech projects are preferred, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology projects, information systems, business operations, business analysis or digital solutions.
• Exposure to requirements gathering, process documentation, system testing, user support or project coordination is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital systems, data handling, information security and project delivery practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, takaful, financial services or another regulated sector is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, process information, user feedback and operational issues.
• Support project scheduling, meeting coordination, action tracking, status reporting and maintenance of project records.
• Assist with system configuration, data preparation, user acceptance testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Record and follow up on system issues, enhancement requests and vendor actions until closure.
• Prepare and maintain process maps, user guides, procedures, test records and issue logs.
• Compile and validate operational or system data for reporting and performance monitoring.
• Support user briefings, training sessions, change communications and adoption activities.
• Coordinate with PHCorp's Digital Technologies team and vendors while following information security, data privacy and change-management requirements.
