Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business Admin / Healthcare / Insurance).
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, health insurance/takaful, TPA or managed care.
• Experience in partner/stakeholder management, contracts, and cost containment is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.

Senior Executive, ITO Partner Management

About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Executive, ITO Partner Management to support and manage key relationships with Insurance and Takaful Operators (ITOs) for the effective delivery of MediAsas.

The role will focus on partner engagement, performance monitoring, contract and governance administration, stakeholder coordination and cost-containment initiatives. You will work closely with ITOs and internal teams to ensure partner performance and operational requirements are effectively managed.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day engagement and working relationships with assigned ITO partners.

Coordinate ITO onboarding, contracting and operational alignment activities.

Monitor ITO performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.

Prepare performance reports and coordinate improvement actions where required.

Support contract administration, governance and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with Provider Network and Analytics teams on cost-containment initiatives, including DRG and COFWA.

Identify performance gaps, operational issues and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with ITOs, vendors, government agencies and relevant internal stakeholders.

Support process improvement, operational excellence and digitalisation initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance/Takaful or another relevant discipline.

Preferably 4-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, health insurance/takaful, TPA, managed care or a related environment.

Experience in partner/stakeholder management, claims, provider management, contract administration, FWA or cost containment would be advantageous.

Strong communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.

Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
