About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on technology leader to shape and deliver the business solutions and digital technology roadmap for MediAsas. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, this role will lead digital health solutions, data and artificial intelligence capabilities, technology-enabled business processes, and a multidisciplinary Business Solutions team.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the MediAsas business solutions and digital technology roadmap in alignment with business priorities and PHCorp strategy.

Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of digital health platforms, system integrations, automation, data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.

Oversee technology programmes from planning through deployment, including scope, budgets, resources, governance, risks, quality and benefits realisation.

Partner with PHCorp's Digital Technologies team to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance and technology standards.

Advise the Chief Business Officer and senior management on technology trends, investment priorities, solution options and key risks.

Lead vendor selection and performance management, including service levels, commercial obligations and delivery outcomes.

Build, coach and develop the Business Solutions team while promoting accountability, collaboration and innovation.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

At least 10 years of relevant experience in technology, digital solutions, information systems or technology-enabled business transformation, including at least five years in a leadership capacity.

Proven experience leading complex technology programmes or digital solution implementations through operational transition.

Strong knowledge of digital platforms, systems integration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data governance and software development methodologies.

Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, contracts, service levels and multidisciplinary teams.

Experience in healthcare, insurance, takaful, financial services or another regulated sector is strongly preferred.
