Job summary

PROTECTHEALTH CORPORATION SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of technology-enabled business solutions for MediAsas.

Reporting to the Head, Business Solutions, this role translates business priorities into implementable solutions, manages projects and vendors, and supports a secure and scalable technology environment. The successful candidate will define project scope, timelines, budgets and governance, drive process improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in technology or digital solutions with 3+ years in management.
• Proven track record leading complex tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into functional requirements, solution options, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Manage digital solution implementations, integrations, migrations, enhancements and automation initiatives from planning through operational transition.
• Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, governance and acceptance criteria.
• Lead process reviews and requirements-gathering activities, and recommend improvements based on business value, operational data and user feedback.
• Work with PHCorp’s Digital Technologies team to ensure compliance with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance and technology standards.
• Manage vendor deliverables, service levels, performance, risks and commercial obligations.
• Lead, coach and allocate work to assigned team members while maintaining delivery quality.

About the role

Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, governance and acceptance criteria.

Lead process reviews and requirements-gathering activities, and recommend improvements based on business value, operational data and user feedback.

Work with PHCorp’s Digital Technologies team to ensure compliance with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance and technology standards.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.


• At least 7 years of relevant experience in technology, digital solutions, information systems or business transformation, including at least three years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.


• Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects or digital solution implementations.


• Working knowledge of systems integration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data governance and software development methodologies.


• Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, service levels and multidisciplinary project teams.


• Experience in healthcare, insurance, takaful, financial services or another regulated sector is preferred.
