City University Malaysia is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional for the Cyberjaya Campus to drive student recruitment and promotional activities. You will manage digital channels, handle inquiries, and support on-campus events to meet enrolment targets.

The role involves building partnerships with schools and agents, conducting market research, and providing accurate programme information to prospective students and parents. Weekend work and public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (education industry preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and marketing may be considered.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and monitor campaign performance.

Responsabilités

• Execute student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets.
• Participate in education fairs, school visits, and outreach activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, agents, and partners.
• Provide accurate programme information and counselling to prospective students and parents.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, website updates).
• Assist in content creation for brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Organise and support on-campus events (Open Days, Info Sessions, campus tours).
