This role involves implementing policies, activities, and procedures within the property development system, with responsibilities spanning contract administration, financial management, and project coordination.
Implement all policies, activities, and procedures as relevant and required by the property development system
Involve in calling, checking tender documents, closing and evaluation of tenders, including attending tender interviews and making recommendations for award
Scrutinize rationalization of rates and monitor contract documentation
Control and evaluate variation orders and make recommendations for approval
Process consultants' and contractors' claims and any claims pertaining to project matters
Prepare monthly financial statements
Prepare final accounts and recommendations for management endorsement
Attend all project meetings and site meetings as necessary
Pre-qualify contractors and consultants
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in construction, engineering, property development, or a related industry
