Job summary

Exabytes seeks an experienced events leader to transform strategy into unforgettable experiences across flagship conferences and webinars. You will guide the in-house Events Team from concept to ROI, ensuring every event aligns with business goals and delivers measurable impact.

You will own diverse formats including webinars, workshops, partner events, and large conferences, while driving lead generation and stakeholder collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in B2B, tech, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise events
• 3+ years managing teams or complex multi-stakeholder events
• Hands-on delivery across webinars, workshops, sponsorships, roadshows, and large conferences
• Strong budgeting, sponsorship evaluation, lead generation, and post-event conversion skills
• Confident negotiating with senior leaders, tech partners, customers, speakers, and vendors

We're looking for an experienced events leader who can turn strategy into unforgettable experiences from flagship conferences to high-impact webinars that strengthen our brand, deepen customer and partner relationships, and drive real business growth.

You'll lead Exabytes' in-house Events Team, owning everything from concept to post-event ROI, ensuring every event doesn't just happen it delivers.

What You'll Do

• Diverse Event Portfolio Ownership : Own and manage a wide range of event formats webinars, product workshops, partner events, industry events, sponsorships, roadshows, and flagship conferences
• Strategic Translation : Turn business objectives into clear event strategy and concept, ensuring every event serves a defined business purpose
• End-to-End Production : Lead full execution from concept development through on-the-ground production and delivery
• Lead Conversion Focus : Drive lead generation and conversion outcomes from events, not just attendance or engagement metrics
• Post-Event ROI Ownership : Measure and report on post-event ROI, closing the loop from planning to business impact

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B/Enterprise Events Experience : 8–10 years in B2B, tech, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise events, including 3+ years managing teams or complex multi-stakeholder events
• Full-Spectrum Event Delivery Expertise : Hands-on experience across webinars, workshops, sponsorships, roadshows, and large-scale conferences live, hybrid, and virtual formats
• Commercial & ROI Acumen : Strong capability in event budgeting, sponsorship evaluation, lead generation, pipeline influence, and post-event conversion
• Stakeholder Management at Senior Level : Confident negotiating and communicating with senior leaders, tech partners, enterprise customers, speakers, and vendors
• Technical Production & Tool Proficiency : Skilled in run-of-show, AV/livestream coordination, and platforms like CRM, Eventbrite/Cvent, Zoom Webinar, StreamYard
