Flex is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support our Bukit Minyak, Penang location. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration and calibration of laboratory and process equipment, with travel to other Flex sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and about 5 years of equivalent experience, with a strong hands-on approach and the ability to work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or computerized systems.

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and isolate failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance at scheduled intervals.
• Calibrate equipment and test measuring instruments.
• Assist engineers with installation and removal of process equipment.
• Record equipment activity and maintain logs.
• Coordinate 24-hour coverage and travel to other Flex sites or vendors.
