Job summary

Pearson looks for a commercially driven enterprise sales professional to grow our Enterprise Learning & Skills business across Asia, focusing on Indonesia. You will partner with enterprise and public sector organisations to support workforce transformation, talent development, workforce planning, and skills intelligence initiatives.

You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and lead complex sales engagements from conversations to contract signature, engaging senior leaders

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise sales experience with a track record of new business growth.
• Ability to engage C-suite and senior leaders with compelling business cases.
• Experience selling HR/learning technology, SaaS, or workforce solutions.
• Proven success in the Indonesian market and with government stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by building strategic relationships with enterprise and government organisations.
• Develop and execute a pipeline strategy to deliver revenue growth and exceed targets.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and workforce transformation stakeholders.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles and craft business cases aligning Pearson solutions to outcomes.
• Represent Pearson in client engagements, forums, and partner discussions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify and expand growth opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of workforce transformation trends and market developments.
