Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, electronics manufacturing (PCBA, mechanicals), or NPI management.
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and MES systems is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept to delivery across global sites.
• Drive program lifecycles, schedules, and deployments with stakeholders.
• Oversee budget, cost, quality, timeline, and supply chain targets.
• Define program controls, forecast tracking, and resource allocation.
