Job summary

Feishu is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer to support Data Centre facilities in Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the EHS management system, driving regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and contractors.

The successful candidate will oversee risk assessments, develop SOPs/EOPs, and help guide the organisation toward ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of occupational health, safety and environment laws for data centre operations.
• Registered/certified EHS Officer in Malaysia.
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• 8–10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring EHS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Occupational Health, Environmental and Safety Management Systems for Data Centre facilities in Malaysia.
• Develop, implement and monitor EHS programs and SOPs on site.
• Lead EHS risk assessments and method statements across sites.
• Ensure compliance of in-house staff and contractors with regulations.
• Co-lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification efforts.
