Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking an experienced EHS professional to ensure compliance with Malaysia EHS regulations and customer requirements within a Data Centre environment.

The role involves conducting inspections, audits and risk assessments, monitoring contractor safety, and driving ISO 14001/45001 implementation. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of EHS experience in data centre or industrial environments.
• Registered/Certified SHO in Malaysia – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia EHS regulations and compliance.
• Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation.
• Hands-on risk assessment, inspections, audits and incident investigation.
• Familiar with SOPs, EOPs, method statements, risk assessments and contractor safety management.
• Good communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 Data Centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with operations, engineering teams, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across Data Centre operations.
• Willing to be based in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.

5-8 years of EHS experience, preferably in Data Centre, manufacturing, industrial or critical facilities environments.

Registered/Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) in Malaysia – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Malaysia EHS regulations, safety and environmental compliance.

Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation and compliance.

Hands-on experience in risk assessment, safety inspections, audits and incident investigation.

Familiar with SOP, EOP, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and contractor safety management.

Good communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 Data Centre environment.

Willing to be based in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
