DKSH is seeking a Senior Executive, eCommerce in Malaysia to manage the group's online activities for Consumer Goods Business Units, driving growth through strategic planning, account management, and data analytics across major e-commerce channels.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop campaigns, optimise pricing, monitor performance, and contribute to cross-border and mobile/social commerce expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role at an e-commerce platform, brand, or distributor; prior e-commerce or online fulfilment operations related to logistics is a plus.
• Digital savvy with strong knowledge of e-commerce business models, operations, and technology, and proven experience managing e-commerce channels.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills; familiarity with SAP is an advantage; finance and accounting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Plan and assist in developing merchandising and promotion campaigns for the online channel; manage promotional mechanisms with e-commerce players.
• Manage stock fulfilment rates with e-retailers and clients; maintain accurate promotion pricing on SAP for all e-retailers and clients.
• Assist in developing business, marketing, and operational plans to meet sales targets.
• Build brand equity with clients across e-commerce platforms; monitor and evaluate marketing promotions.
