Job summary

Baozun Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior E-commerce Operation Executive to run daily marketplace operations for brand accounts across major platforms.

You will manage seller centre execution, platform compliance, and campaign performance, translating data into actionable marketing recommendations in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of marketplace experience, excel in Excel and PowerPoint, and can communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
• Strong business analysis experience translating data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace seller centre operations for brand accounts, including listings and promotions.
• Coordinate with marketplace KAMs on requirements, promotions, and health metrics.
• Analyze traffic, sales and campaigns to identify gaps and drivers.
• Provide data-backed ROI recommendations for marketing and spending.
• Plan and track promotion events end-to-end with reporting and ROI evaluation.
• Ensure content publishing and product tagging are accurate across platforms.
• Maintain dashboards on inventory, launches, sales and traffic; report performance daily/weekly/monthly.
