Job summary

Hartalega is seeking an experienced IT Support lead to resolve Level 1–2 issues across ERP, CRM, and SCM systems within a manufacturing environment. You will investigate incidents, implement approved changes, and drive rapid service restoration while ensuring compliance with business processes.

The role includes coordinating SIT/UAT, training end-users, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver on time. You will also generate performance reports and assist in audits, maintaining system health

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in manufacturing settings.
Experience supervising technical staff in 24/7 operations.
Strong data validation and troubleshooting skills.
Proven incident management and RCA capabilities in production environments.
Ability to coordinate system upgrades including SIT and UAT while ensuring audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical resolutions for ERP/CRM/SCM systems to maintain uptime.
Investigate incidents and change requests to speed service restoration and apply authorized modifications.
Conduct targeted end-user training to boost platform adoption and enforce business process compliance.
Lead system evaluation and testing phases (SIT/UAT) to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Coordinate projects with business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and requirement satisfaction.
Prepare operational performance reports for management on system health and incident trends.
Support internal/external audits by validating controls and compliance.
