Job summary

Hartalega Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager - Enterprise Application Support, Information Technology to lead ERP design, deployment and optimization across sites. You will partner with end users, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong project management, governance, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX, and a track record in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing with large production scale is an advantage.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in designing and implementing ERP systems and serve as the single point of contact on user engagements.
• Focus on business process re-engineering and technology enablement.
• Ensure successful delivery of all project phases, releases and components for ERP projects.
• Oversee quality, engagement, and adherence to schedule and budget for projects.
• Lead small teams implementing business process improvements and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Provide leadership to analysts and client personnel on projects.
• Communicate project status and key KPIs to stakeholders across the enterprise.
