Grab is seeking a Manager, Driver Communications in Malaysia to lead a team of 4 specialists and shape the driver-facing narrative across In-App Inbox Messages, Driver Blog, and GrabAcademy.

You will translate complex policies and regulatory changes into clear guidance and report to Head, Driver Affairs, based in Petaling Jaya.

This role emphasizes operational communications, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with PR, Product, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

7+ years in Operational Communications, Change Management, Corporate Communications, or Content Strategy
Proven ability to manage a team and optimize workflow pipelines
Excellent written and verbal English; Bahasa Malaysia beneficial
Experience influencing senior leaders across PR, Public Affairs, Product, Legal, and Operations

Responsibilities

Define driver narrative and change management strategy across product launches and regulatory updates
Drive GrabAcademy in-app training scope with bite-sized modules
Lead a team of 4 specialists and manage workflows for editorial quality
Establish and govern the Single Source of Truth for driver channels
Gather ground-level insights through field visits and focus groups
Monitor channel performance, feedback loops, and support deflection trends
