Job summary

Cipta Teguh Architects Sdn Bhd, fast-growing architectural firm, seeks a Senior Draughtsperson to turn design concepts into precise construction drawings and lead a team through production and quality control.

You will coordinate with architects and consultants, ensure documentation is complete, and comply with codes and authority requirements while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural practice experience.
• Experience in high-end residential/mixed developments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of authority submissions and construction detailing.
